this is the last week of my sem1 holidays.
time flies unconsciously in a very fast speed which is irretraceable.
impossible that the clock runs in a way of anti-clockwise, unless it is broken.
i go for jogging every evening which only started this week.
i know it's a bit too late, but i still would continue.
maybe tomorrow is the last day!
i like the feel of sweating.
can feel the blood is circulating [ahh sounds a bit creepy]
i used the application ''WALKMATE'' to calculate how many steps i have done when i was jogging.
average 4000 steps for half an hour.
enough for me ><
i like to eat one type of sweet-and-sour fruit recently.
it has an egg shaped and with very very short hair on the surface.
guess what? KIWI! [not the kiwi bird ah]
from a television programme,
i have known that kiwi has high content of Vitamin C which is more than enough for a person to absorb per day.
i like the taste! :D
yah, there are bananas too!
i like it but like kiwi more than banana now!
as i heard that banana contain vitamin b6 which convert carbohydrate into energy and thus it helps in the production of male hormone.
i don't know whether it is true or false.
anyway i like kiwi fruit :D
it is juicy! yummmmy!
