Mothers day+Sports week+TVC

have no idea what happened to myself recently.

dont have any idea to update here

yea, a lot of things happened.

happiness, sadness, tiredness, boredom.

got everything, just, lack of the mood to update.

alright, just a brief update.

last week was Mothers' day.

celebrated as usual, with mum, and grandma, each took a day on the weekend.

nothing much about that, just a cake, a card and the heart.

appreciate what i am having, thanks for bringing me to this world, 

took care of me since i was born.

everyday could be mothers' day, when your heart is with your mum always.

this week considered as Sports week.

Monday and Tuesday went for jogging and played badminton on Wednesday.

I have been few years didnt play badminton.

yeah i had fun with them on that day for few hours.

right after the day, i can feel the sore muscles of mine.

not really convenient to stand and sit.

yeah, it is getting better :D

then lastly, the TVC of Sunplay has released.

of course cant really see me, 

just that it reminded me the day i spent with them under the sun for really long hours, with fun.

the models/actress are Agnes Lim and Catherine Ang. :)

辅导讲习班

这几个星期参加了辅导讲习班，

其中我领悟到了很多。真的好多。

我起初也只是抱着去听听得心态

但后来是为了了解自己更多才去

很多人听到-辅导班-这三个字

都会认为只有

-不正常-心理有问题-自闭-忧郁症-

的人才会有须要见辅导师

其实并不是

相当你遇到困难或有想要事情分享都可以见辅导师

只要不在意别人怎么想就行了

这位辅导师非常地友善，

她也强调在过程的每一份内容都是绝对保密

透过这辅导班

让我知道我给朋友们的印象是什么

有的让我很惊讶意外

没有想过原来那是我留给他们的印象

至于是什么，就不方便透漏啦 :)

其外，

诚实地说出自己的弱点及缺点是其中一个过程

每个人都有缺点

没有人可以做到十全十美

只有了解你的朋友知道

如果想要再往上爬

放下自尊心，问问朋友

也许会知道自己有什么需要改进

现在我知道了

我会尽我最大的能力去建立它！

告诉自己：加油 :D

honestly, i like this hair style.

5 days holiday

again holidays for 5 days,

it's not considered as holiday, just that no classes for few days.

time passes so fast right,

it has just gone like that.

5 days seemed like 3 days.

well, i have renewed my passport.

a really ugly one, don't feel like seeing it, even myself.

passport is on hand, means, the time of leaving Msia is coming.

the days left is countable.

and i don't want to count it.

wish time can pass slower a bit. 

then, yc came PD and we had a small gathering with tortoise and ah tong.

has been such a long time never  sit down together and have had a chat.

i feel good with xueji all the time.

[eh eh eh, where are the others xj, come out come out! :) ]

on Sunday went for movie with family.

''we not naughty''孩子不坏 directed by jack neo.

i love his every single series and movies.

from 梁婆婆 to 小孩不笨1，2 to 孩子不坏.

he is really good in directing films. 

it's so educating and touching, somehow it's funny!

the kid in the movie is so cute and Shawn Lee is just too handsome to be.

oh well i will always support his products! :')

梦

昨晚做了一个梦

只觉得跟13年前的一个梦很相似

其实也是不是相似

只是跟上次样有点血腥

但这次的好很多

因为都是不认识的人

情景就像The Hunger Game一样

在战场互相残杀

梦里的自己很怕 不知所措 

可以感觉到背后一把刀的锐利

拿刀就快捅我背的那位如果用力些

我不敢想象那种痛

那几位男生我也不认识 有几位人很好 大家都不忍心把对方给杀了 

但始终会有输赢

紧急时刻

很幸运的闹钟响了

为什么会有这么荒谬的梦啊

也许是昨天看了很多集的On Call36小时吧

也领悟到了很多事情

很多人会说那只是戏剧而已

全部都是演出来的

个人觉得里面的一些戏份很有意义吧

有什么事情不妨告诉自己的亲人 不要自己啃 至少让他们有个心理准备

虽然我现在没有什么事 但谁也不能确保以后没有事 

各位知道了吗？

走走走

就算星期二活动了一整天

第二天早上就赶回kl上课

那天真的很不想起床

不过没办法啊

回到学校 精力充沛

[背后是有点刺痛刺痛的感觉]

傍晚去跑步

是说去跑步 其实是去散步

爬上去hill top再下来

我们心血来潮

一时的冲动 

就从Commanwealth hill走路〉Bukit Jalil〉Carrefour〉Vista C.

就这样没有目标地走来走去

应该有走个5KM吧

回来又出去Sri Petaling吃晚餐喝饮料吹水

[看时钟已经十一点多〉赶快回家*明天有早课啊!*]

最近都好累

一直想睡觉啊

本来今天与朋友有约

但他们因为一些事情当了飞机师

我就这样待在房间当宅女

前天半夜正当我想入睡的时候电话忽然响起

我的天啊

因为有人在隔天要拍摄时临时爽约 我之前也答应过鱼有什么事我会帮她

真没想到我这个忙得派上用场

好了就这样 准备一下 再与周公约会 很快的到了6点「起床时间」准备出发

去到的时候 第一个感觉就是陌生还有一点的害怕 

因为没有认识的人 只觉得几个很熟悉 还有两位模特儿正在化妆

换好衣服后 化妆+set头发「当然不是我自己弄，谢谢化妆+发型师啦」

后来到片场 才慢慢地认识其他人 

一个叫Zhen Yu,一个叫Yih Yeong「Yy」还有一个朋友的姐姐Ivy
蓝衣的Zhen Yu 和 黄衣的Yy 太可爱了 哈哈

我们「Zhen Yu&Yih Yeong&Me」就在太阳底下玩球 还要玩得很开心 连续玩了5小时 球就快给我们打烂了啦

当时我好想回家 因为真的很热很晒沙很烫 后来就没有这种想法

过后有休息时间 饭吃不下 只吃了两口 

后来也没有做什么 就看那两位模特儿演 

再后来 大家一起打排球 「我完全不会打」就乱乱打 哈哈 导演看不下去这种玩法 叫就我们跑来跑去 好让整场变得有活力些 结果真的是跑来跑去 xD

最后一场是在游泳池 有一位模特儿坐在我旁边 当时很想问她：＂你不累吗？＂但是没问到底我没有那股勇气 哈哈

我躺在浮床上就在游泳池上漂 结果还是湿个透 

过后就杀青啦

回来照镜 sunburn 严重到一种程度 

还是真的是第一次

虽然只是小小的角色
很多人说很傻 因为只拿一点点的salary

我是想说 不是每一件事情都可以用钱买得到 尤其是经验 是无价 买不到的 亲身体验才知道

可以见识到拍摄的过程、导演摄影师模特儿和其他工作人员的合作

其实待遇还不错啦 化妆、set头发有工作人员帮忙遮伞、用扇子散风、有食物吃、渴了有人拿水给我们喝、暴晒后还一直问Ok吗。

皮肤虽然被晒得又红又黑 但是换来的经验还是值得的 :)

happy new sem

nahhhhh

new sem started. 

i'm back to vista again.

hmm.

i have not done some of the things as what i have listed earlier during the one-month-holiday.

but i do did some of those:)

feel so lazy to come back.

feeling good staying at home indeed.

i got no idea how i manage to cope with my feelings when leaving home to UK on this September.

i should try my best to go back home every weekends so that i can spend the time with family :D

假期只剩下区区的一个星期

原来时间过得那么快

前两个星期正担心成绩

什么事情都说等拿到成绩再说

好了，拿到了，却发现时间少了一半

在等成绩的期间帮妈妈做少少的admin工

其实也是因为自己懒惰

什么事情都延后

说要去看牙医，去三姑家，整理房间，全都安排在这星期

这整个假期都没有去运动

开学后一定要拉朋友们一起去跑跑跑 :)

值得的是我把这个月的时间都放在与家人相处

sem break 3

there have been a long time never update my blog because i have left my laptop in hostel for two weeks.

here is a long update, but i let the photos speak.

after exam, we went to Port Dickson. yeah, my hometown.

brought them to eat and take photos at the beach.

nothing much to play. i knew we have eaten a lot of food in two days, like SiewPau, ABC, WanTanMee, LaZhaMee. :)

they are Ker Chia, Wei Ming and Daniel.

after PD trip, we went to Penang.

what i know is, the distance is very far.

so tiring sitting on the bus for 5 hours.

we went to many places, have eaten many food, and had lots of fun.

shopping complex, temples, church, botanical garden, restaurants and hawker centre.

They are Ker Chia, Chier Yit, Wei Ming, Daniel, Shu Fang, Ee Leng, Boon Yi, Yun Yee, Jing Khai, Yi Lynn and Bengtai.  

there should be more photos to be uploaded, but they are not with me. 

After the trip i went back home immediately.

the next day i went to KL again.

for what?

i have no idea how to describe my feelings in words!
